- Gambling / Casino - Affiliate Marketing

We manage 20+ active affiliates and are rapidly scaling across 15+ European 
markets.

The Opportunity
We're hiring experienced Media Buyers to launch and scale profitable campaigns 
in our two core verticals: gadget e-commerce (Cash On Delivery) and 
gambling/casino affiliate marketing.

What You'll Do
- Create and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen)
- Design and scale Facebook Ads campaigns
- Build high-converting landing pages
- Produce ad creatives or collaborate with our creative team
- Manage daily optimization: CPA, ROAS, profitability
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Scale winning campaigns, pause underperformers
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics

Your Background
- 2-3+ years experience as a Media Buyer
- Proven track record with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience with e-commerce and/or gambling/casino campaigns
- Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, and profitability
- Self-driven, analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of Italian or Spanish (helpful)
