Graphic Designer, efficient, disciplined, and consistent for a marketing agency

Part-time, remote, contract role for a Freelance Graphic Designer. You'll create work across brand, digital, and marketing: social graphics, ad creative, web and landing page visuals, lead-gen magnets, and pitch decks across multiple accounts. You'll design, art-direct, and produce polished, on-brand assets tied to real campaign goals.

This is a largely async role. You'll work on your own schedule, so we want someone reliable who manages their own work and has a strong point of view on what makes design good. We care about work that gets remembered, not assets that look like everyone else's.

This is not a drag-a-template-into-Canva role. Use AI fluently as a tool, but the work has to show real taste, craft, and intention. If your designs look generic or templated, this isn't the fit.

What you'll do

Design the full range, from brand identity and social to ad creative, web visuals, lead-gen magnets, and pitch decks.

Switch cleanly across client brands without losing each brand's visual system.

Build ad creative for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google that stops the scroll 

and earns the click.

Design lead-gen assets like ebooks, guides, and one-pagers that feel premium and on-brand.

Source and art-direct imagery that's conceptual and editorial, not generic stock.

Deliver production-ready files and hit deadlines reliably.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio across brand, digital, and marketing with range and taste

Expert in Figma, strong in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand systems

Experience designing for paid social and display, with an instinct for what performs

Fluency with AI design tools, paired with the judgment to keep work original

Comfort building and handing off editable Canva templates for clients

Meticulous about detail and QA your own files before shipping

Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced async environment

Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
