This is a part-time, remote, contract role for a Freelance Web Developer. You will build and maintain client websites in Webflow and WordPress, including full site builds, service and industry pages, landing pages, case study templates, and CMS work, supporting our clients' goals across multiple accounts. You will turn designs into responsive, fast-loading pages, wire up integrations and tracking, and collaborate with our creative and marketing teams on builds that connect to real campaign goals.

This is a largely async role. You will mostly work on your own schedule, so we want someone serious and capable who shows up reliably, manages their own work, and brings a strong point of view on what makes a site fast, clean, and built to last. We care about work that performs in the real world, not builds that look fine in the preview and fall apart on a phone.

This is also not a drag-and-drop, template-and-pray role. We expect you to use AI fluently as a tool, but the build has to be solid, the code clean, and the structure intentional. If your sites are bloated, slow, or held together with workarounds you can't explain, this is not the fit

What you'll do

- Build and maintain Webflow and WordPress sites that are responsive, fast, and structured properly, from full builds to landing pages, service pages, and CMS work.

- Turn Figma designs into pixel-accurate, mobile-first pages that look as good on a phone as they do on desktop.

- Wire up integrations and tracking, including HubSpot forms, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, so every site captures and measures what it should.

- Manage builds across several client accounts at once, switching platform, context, and brand cleanly between them.

- Handle the technical housekeeping that keeps a site healthy, including page speed, accessibility, schema, and clean URL structure.

- Drop into custom HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript, plus PHP on the WordPress side, when the platform alone won't get it done, and hit deadlines without hand-holding.

Part-time, remote, contract role for a Freelance Graphic Designer. You'll create work across brand, digital, and marketing: social graphics, ad creative, web and landing page visuals, lead-gen magnets, and pitch decks across multiple accounts. You'll design, art-direct, and produce polished, on-brand assets tied to real campaign goals.

This is a largely async role. You'll work on your own schedule, so we want someone reliable who manages their own work and has a strong point of view on what makes design good. We care about work that gets remembered, not assets that look like everyone else's.

This is not a drag-a-template-into-Canva role. Use AI fluently as a tool, but the work has to show real taste, craft, and intention. If your designs look generic or templated, this isn't the fit.

What you'll do

Design the full range, from brand identity and social to ad creative, web visuals, lead-gen magnets, and pitch decks.

Switch cleanly across client brands without losing each brand's visual system.

Build ad creative for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google that stops the scroll 

and earns the click.

Design lead-gen assets like ebooks, guides, and one-pagers that feel premium and on-brand.

Source and art-direct imagery that's conceptual and editorial, not generic stock.

Deliver production-ready files and hit deadlines reliably.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio across brand, digital, and marketing with range and taste

Expert in Figma, strong in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand systems

Experience designing for paid social and display, with an instinct for what performs

Fluency with AI design tools, paired with the judgment to keep work original

Comfort building and handing off editable Canva templates for clients

Meticulous about detail and QA your own files before shipping

Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced async environment

Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Qualifications - Strong, demonstrable skills in both Webflow and WordPress, including CMS collections in Webflow and custom themes or page builders in WordPress - Solid HTML and CSS, with the ability to write custom code, plus comfort with light PHP for WordPress work - A real understanding of responsive design, performance, and accessibility, not just making it look right on your own screen - Fluency with AI dev tools as an accelerator, paired with the judgment to ship clean, intentional builds rather than bloated ones - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to take a brief and run with it - Experience connecting websites to marketing tools and tracking, ideally HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager - Familiarity with technical SEO basics such as schema, slugs, and Core Web Vitals - Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of QA-ing your own work to a publish-ready standard - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, largely async environment - Previous experience at a marketing agency or building client-facing sites is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent portfolio and experience

How We Work We run weekly sprints, plan in Notion, talk in Slack, and keep meetings to a minimum. You'll get clear briefs and the room to do the work without being micromanaged.
