A-Players is looking for an experienced Lead UA Manager with a focus on Meta Ads to take ownership of paid acquisition for one of our new products.
This is a rare opportunity to build a UA function from the ground up - own the acquisition direction end-to-end, directly shape the strategy, processes, and results of the channel from day one.
The role is a great fit for those who thrive on complex challenges and new product launches. You'll bring your full expertise to bear and have real influence over how the acquisition function is built from scratch - with plenty of room to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full performance acquisition funnel on Meta - from strategy and launch to optimization and scaling
- Launch, scale, and optimize campaigns focused on web funnels, quiz flows, and paywall conversion with a focus on hitting target CPA and spend goals
- Develop and test new acquisition hypotheses, creatives, and scaling mechanics - find and validate working branches/angles and bring new directions to target unit economics
- Work closely with Analytics and Growth teams using a data-driven approach: post-click metrics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and unit economics improvement
- Collaborate with the Creative Factory on test plans, performance insights, and scaling best-performing hypotheses
- Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make fast data-driven decisions.
What we look for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and managing monthly budgets of $500K+
- Proven experience with B2C subscription products and web-to-paywall funnels
- Proven experience optimizing CPA / ROAS / conversion funnels across full funnel stages
- Ability to independently launch, analyze, and scale performance campaigns
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Proven ownership mindset: takes responsibility for results, not just execution
- Strong analytical skills: attribution, funnel analysis, cohort thinking, unit economics
- Experience building and managing testing frameworks and experimentation processes
- High ownership mindset and ability to make fast data-driven decisions.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience setting up UA functions from scratch
- Background in other paid channels (TikTok, etc.)
- Interest in AI-powered creative production and automation tools.
