Middle Copywriter (CRM / Retention / iGaming)

We are expanding the number of CRM campaigns, launching new projects, and scaling content production for the Casino and Sportsbook verticals. That is why we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Middle Copywriter to help us create effective communications. 

Your main goal will be to create content that drives Retention, Conversion, Deposits, Reactivation, and LTV of our players, as well as improves Open Rates, Click-Through Rates (CTR), and overall campaign conversions.

📌 Main Responsibilities:

• Writing texts for Email, Push, SMS, and In-App messages.
• Creating texts for bonus pages and promos.
• Adapting content for different GEOs.
• Preparing content for Welcome, Active, Upsell, VIP, Reactivation, and Churn segments.
• Participating in A/B testing of communications.
• Working with the CRM team and designers.

🛠 Required Experience with Tools and Technologies:

• Customer.io, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar CRM platforms.
• Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Figma.

🎯 Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has 2+ years of copywriting experience.
• Knows how to work with promo offers and bonus mechanics.
• Has an Intermediate (B1+) or higher level of English for writing, adapting content, and working with documentation.
• Is highly literate, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of meeting deadlines.

➕ Will be a Big Plus:

• Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Betting, Gambling, Affiliate Marketing, or Fintech niches.
• Understanding of Casino / Sportsbook bonus mechanics.
• Experience writing Landing Page copy and basic knowledge of UX Writing.
• Certifications in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Content Marketing.
