Treasury and Payment Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury & Payments Specialist who will support the company’s financial operations by ensuring accurate payment processing, liquidity control, cash flow visibility, and effective collaboration with banks, payment providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and control payment requests on a daily basis.
• Execute and support outgoing payments through international and European banks, payment systems, e-wallets, crypto wallets, and card services.
• Monitor account balances and maintain daily cash visibility.
• Ensure accurate transaction accounting and proper reflection of operations in internal systems and reports.
• Handle cryptocurrency payments, including crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto conversions.
• Manage corporate cards, including subscriptions, recurring payments, and spending limits.
• Support KYC requests from banks and payment providers, including preparation of invoices, payment confirmations, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Billing, Legal, and other internal teams.
• Control payment timelines and ensure timely settlements with partners, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor payment limits and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Participate in liquidity management, cash-flow planning, and forecasting potential cash gaps.
• Support automation initiatives related to payment processes, reconciliations, and reporting.

Requirements

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience as a Treasury Specialist, Payments Specialist, Finance Operations Specialist, or in a similar role within an international company.
• Understanding of cash-flow management and liquidity control principles.
• Understanding of KYC, compliance procedures, and interactions with banks and payment providers.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience working with cryptocurrency payments, crypto wallets, and crypto-to-fiat / fiat-to-crypto conversions.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and self-discipline.
• Ability to work with large volumes of transactions and financial data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive communication and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, SaaS, IT, Payments, Crypto, or other high-volume transaction environments.
• Experience participating in automation and optimization of financial operations.
• Experience working with multiple payment providers, PSPs, and international banking infrastructure.
• Experience supporting treasury operations across multiple jurisdictions.
