Project Manager (Product, Operations)
We operate in one of the most competitive and sophisticated categories on Amazon: Health & Wellness.
Our brands compete alongside industry leaders such as NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made. We already have proven products, strong unit economics, and a solid operational foundation.
To support this growth, we're looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to our product and business operations.
About the Role
This is not a "track deadlines and send status updates" role.
We're a growing Amazon brand. We run like a tech team โ ClickUp, sprints, Slack, clear ownership โ but our product is e-commerce, not software. Right now we need someone to own the operational backbone of the company: build the processes, cut through the noise, and help us scale without losing speed or quality.
If you're the kind of person who walks into chaos and immediately starts thinking "here's how we fix this" โ keep reading.
