About the Company
An international agency providing advertising accounts and infrastructure for media buying teams, affiliate arbitrage, and large performance agencies. We work with key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, Native) and hundreds of suppliers of accounts, cards, proxies, and tech tools.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Head of Supply who can take full ownership of the Supply department, develop the team, establish quality standards, expand the provider pool, and build a controlled, scalable system.
Areas of Responsibility
โ Full management of the Supply department: KPIs, job descriptions, hiring and firing, deadlines, and workflow templates
โ Sourcing new providers (agents, agencies, platforms), testing, and negotiating terms
โ Reviewing, updating, and monitoring conditions: commissions, limits, penalties, refunds, etc.
โ Communication with providers and key partners
โ Developing quality standards for Supply managers' performance
โ Coordinating tasks with the Account Management department, finance team, and CEO
โ Overseeing top-ups, refunds, and account blocks
โ Managing the database of tools, providers, and client-facing manuals
โ Developing a strategy for working with the supplier and platform base: terms, volumes, forecasts
โ Setting up the process for finding providers via Facebook, Telegram chats, LinkedIn using relevant keywords and account formats
โ Direct personal engagement with major suppliers and strategic partners
โ Ensuring a unified SLA framework between Supply โ Account Management โ Client from the moment an account is ordered to its issuance and through regular top-ups
Requirements
โ Experience in media buying / affiliate marketing / supply operations / ad infrastructure
โ Proven experience working with providers (agencies, accounts, proxies, DSP, cards)
โ Strong negotiation skills โ ability to agree on commercial terms, conclude long-term agreements, and handle objections
โ At least 2 years of managerial experience
โ Deep understanding of risk management, spend logic, limits, and commissions
โ Understanding of financial processes and basic reporting, working with metrics and KPIs
โ English: Upper-intermediate or higher
