๐ About the Role:
You will own the end-to-end motion-creative pipeline for high-velocity performance campaigns.
This role demands full autonomy over AI-driven production systems, direct influence on multi-seven-figure ad budgets, and a mandate to stay ahead of every new generative model and editing tool.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-volume, performance-focused video and motion assets for paid social, including UGC-style ads, short-form clips, and advertorial/native content
- Craft thumbstop hooks and fast time-to-value in the first 1โ3 seconds, optimized for sound-off viewing
- Deliver assets in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9), natively formatted for each placement
- Operate and advance a proprietary AI production pipeline for video, image, voice, and editing workflows
- Iterate at speed: expand winning concepts into variant trees and pivot away from underperformers within hours
- Edit and animate 2D elements, characters, and motion graphics that reinforce message and pacing
- Apply cinematic language, pacing, and composition principles to maximize viewer retention and emotional impact
- Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to translate briefs and performance data into improved assets
- Maintain quality, consistency, and brand compliance across multiple clients and regulated verticals
๐ป Required Competence and Skills:
- 4+ years in video editing/motion design - performance marketing, paid social, or DTC
- Strong hands-on experience with AI creative toolsets, including video generation (e.g., Runway, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, Veo), image generation (e.g., Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream), voice/audio (e.g., ElevenLabs), and AI-assisted editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript, Adobe Firefly).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; strong working knowledge of Photoshop.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, for effective teamwork.
- Performance-driven creative instincts: focused on metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion over aesthetic awards.
- Understanding what makes content perform well on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and similar short-form channels.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and integrate new tools and workflows independently.
- Proven team player who thrives in fast feedback loops and high-output environments.

- Hands-on experience with 3D animation or modeling.
- Background creating ads in regulated verticals such as telehealth, wellness, or finance.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and broad media-buying strategies.
