Tech Operations Manager
We Are Hiring: Technical Infrastructure Specialist for a Performance Marketing Company
Our company runs Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns 24/7 and is looking for a highly reliable technical professional to manage and maintain our advertising infrastructure.
⚡ RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Manage ISP residential proxies, AdsPower profiles, and Gmail accounts with 2FA
✓ Set up and maintain domains (Cloudflare DNS, Hostinger hosting, SSL certificates)
✓ Create and maintain conversion tracking webhooks using Make (or similar platforms)
✓ Provide URGENT Discord support to affiliates (<5-minute response time)
✓ Troubleshoot Google Ads and Facebook Ads account suspensions and technical issues
✓ Maintain documentation in Asana and our internal management system
📋 REQUIRED SKILLS (MANDATORY)
✓ Proxy management (residential ISP proxies)
✓ AdsPower or other anti-detection browsers
✓ Cloudflare DNS and domain management
✓ Hostinger / web hosting administration
✓ Google Ads and Facebook Ads setup and management
✓ Webhook integrations (Make or equivalent)
✓ Strong independent problem-solving skills
✓ ITALIAN OR SPANISH SPEAKER (mandatory)
💼 NICE TO HAVE
→ Previous experience in affiliate marketing
→ WordPress + Elementor knowledge
→ Experience with Google/Facebook appeal processes
→ Experience communicating with external agencies
→ Proactive mindset (finding solutions before problems arise)
⏰ WORKING HOURS & AVAILABILITY
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (CET)
Important Note: This is not a standard 9-to-5 role.
• Many days you may have little or nothing to do (affiliates are quiet, no issues arise)
• Other days can be very busy (emergencies, account suspensions, campaign launches)
• You are expected to remain available for emergency support during working hours
• Ideal if you work from home, have schedule flexibility, or manage other projects in parallel
• Fast response time is critical when issues occur: under 5 minutes
💰 COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (3 LEVELS)
LEVEL 1 – TRIAL PERIOD (1 WEEK)
→ Assessment of skills and overall fit
→ If it's not a good match, we part ways with no obligations
→ If successful, you move to Level 2
LEVEL 2 – HIRED (Months 1–3)
€500/month fixed salary
→ Full onboarding process
→ Learn internal procedures and tools
→ Become independently operational
→ Performance review after 3 months
LEVEL 3 – INDEPENDENT OPERATOR (Month 4+)
€1,000/month fixed salary
→ Proven operational independence
→ Manage affiliates without supervision
→ Resolve issues autonomously
→ Potential future salary and responsibility growth
