Financial Controller
We are a Performa HR agency, and we're excited to find a top-notch professional for one of our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller, to join an international legal firm specializing in legal and consulting services for businesses operating in highly regulated industries.
Key responsibilities and your contribution:
• Consolidate financial data from multiple payment channels into QuickBooks Online (without direct access to payment tools; automation built together with the CTO)
• Prepare monthly management reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Unit Economics
• Control and verify complex commission structures between business units
• Manage budgeting and financial planning
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare internal financial reports for CEO / COO level stakeholders
• Participate in building automated financial workflows together with the CTO
Your qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (ideally 1+ year) • Experience building or maintaining management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting)
• Understanding of multi-channel revenue models and complex commission structures
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify anomalies and inconsistencies in financial data
• High level of autonomy and ability to work independently without detailed instructions
Nice to have:
• Experience in IT / SaaS / subscription-based businesses
• Experience with API integrations or financial workflow automation
• English for reading financial documentation and basic written communication
• Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or similar tools
