About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, highly skilled UiPath Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade automation solutions across the organization. In this role, you will define solution architectures, guide technical direction, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology choices.
 

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for complex automation initiatives, from feasibility assessment through deployment
• Design enterprise-grade UiPath solution architectures, reusable components, and reference frameworks (REFramework and beyond)
• Define architectural standards, governance models, and best practices for the automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Evaluate solution options and validate technical feasibility across business processes
• Align automation architecture with organizational strategy and business goals
• Architect integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, SaaS)
• Oversee Orchestrator design, infrastructure planning, and system interoperability
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural principles and coding standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, business analysts, and the broader CoE team

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled automation and cloud-native patterns

   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation solutions using UiPath (Orchestrator, REFramework, AI Center, etc.)
• Strong background in software architecture and integration design
• Experience designing distributed and scalable systems
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C#, Node.js)
• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and security principles
• Experience producing architectural documentation and diagrams
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Strong professional English communication skills (spoken and written)

   

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer Certification
• Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled use cases and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Understanding of compliance, IAM, and auditing requirements

• Experience working in or defining Centers of Excellence (CoE)
