We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Game Manager to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing game content across multiple casino platforms, ensuring accurate game placement, provider integrations, content updates, and ongoing optimization of game performance. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Retention, Design, and Platform teams to deliver the best gaming experience for our players.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in iGaming, online casino operations, content management, CRM, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of online casino products, game providers, and player behavior.
- Experience working with CMS, Back Office systems, or content management platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain casino content across websites and platforms, including adding new games, updating categories, and ensuring content accuracy.
- Maintain and update the game release calendar, ensuring timely publication and correct display of new content.
- Coordinate the integration of new game providers and implement all required back-office updates.
- Create, manage, and optimize game rankings, featured sections, and game collections according to GEO-specific requirements and provider agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Retention, CRM, Design, Marketing, and Platform teams to successfully deliver cross-functional initiatives.
- Select and recommend games for promotional campaigns, CRM communications, tournaments, and special marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze game and provider performance using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Identify trends, react to performance fluctuations, and propose optimization opportunities to improve player engagement and revenue.
- Investigate and report game-related issues, bugs, and display inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor content quality and ensure compliance with internal standards and business requirements

- Experience working with casino game providers and aggregation platforms.
- Knowledge of casino KPIs, player retention metrics, and game performance analysis.
- Experience supporting multiple GEOs and localized content strategies.
