HR Manager / Recruiter (Amazon, E-commerce)

At this stage, the company is looking for an ambitious HR Manager / Recruiter who will take ownership of hiring strong specialists and help build effective recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across different functions within the Amazon e-commerce business, as well as supporting onboarding and basic HR processes.
You will work closely with hiring managers, define hiring needs, attract and assess candidates, conduct HR screenings, and support new employees during their onboarding and probation period.

๐ผ Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring for roles across e-commerce (Amazon, marketing, content, traffic, operations, etc.)
- Gather hiring requirements and help define clear candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Write and publish structured job descriptions
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct HR screenings (experience, motivation, soft skills, culture fit)
- Coordinate interview stages and communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline
Onboarding & HR support
- Support onboarding and adaptation of new employees
- Monitor probation period progress and collect feedback
- Support internal communication and team engagement in a remote environment
- Track basic recruitment metrics (pipeline, time-to-hire, status updates)
๐ก Requirements
- 1.5โ2+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in e-commerce, IT, digital, marketing, or startup environments is a strong advantage
- Strong sourcing skills and understanding of modern recruitment channels
- Ability to assess candidates beyond CV (motivation, communication, ownership, culture fit)
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Proactive, independent, and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
๐ฑ Nice to have
- Experience hiring for Amazon / e-commerce roles
- Understanding of roles like Amazon Brand Manager, PPC Specialist, SMM Lead, Content Manager, R&D Manager, Operations Manager
- Experience building or improving recruitment processes
- Experience in startup-like or fast-scaling companies
