Recruiter ( Game Dev)

24Hit is a product game dev company from Ukraine (Kyiv) that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. 

We launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide.

The role requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Actively participating in closing vacancies (Game dev);
• Sourcing candidates across various platforms;
• Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews;
• Building and maintaining communication with candidates;
• Managing the candidate database in a CRM system;

Our ideal candidate:

• Experienced in recruiting;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
• Attention to detail and responsibility;
• Passion for games!

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience in recruiting and sourcing in Game dev industry.
