We are looking for a Head of Affiliate (Asia) to lead our affiliate acquisition efforts across the region and build a scalable growth engine that delivers sustainable revenue.

This is a leadership role with full ownership of affiliate performance, partner strategy, and team management. You'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions and directly influence the company's growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the affiliate growth strategy for Asian markets.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key affiliate partners.
  • Negotiate high-value CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Managers.
  • Monitor traffic quality, profitability, and long-term player value.
  • Scale winning channels and optimize underperforming partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, Retention, and Payments teams to maximize acquisition efficiency and LTV.
  • Drive business growth through data-backed decisions and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming.
  • Strong track record of scaling profitable traffic in Asian markets.
  • Deep understanding of ROI, LTV, CPA, RevShare, and acquisition economics.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, priorities, and growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
