About us
We are an international B2C iGaming company operating since 2020. We are looking for a Senior Retention Manager / Head of Retention to take ownership of user monetization and retention performance across Asian markets.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive LTV, Redeposit, and Retention KPIs.
- Develop and execute the overall retention strategy.
- Design bonus systems and ensure their profitability.
- Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and player engagement initiatives.
- Manage VIP retention strategy and high-value player segments.
- Identify and eliminate bonus abuse and low-value user behavior.
- Collaborate with Affiliate teams to evaluate traffic quality through LTV performance.
- Build scalable retention processes and reporting frameworks.
- Manage and mentor retention specialists if applicable.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming.
- Proven track record of improving LTV, Redeposit, and retention metrics.
- Deep understanding of bonus economics and player lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools.
- Experience working with VIP segments.
- Ability to take full ownership of business results.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+ or higher.
