About us

We are an international B2C iGaming company operating since 2020. We are looking for a Senior Retention Manager / Head of Retention to take ownership of user monetization and retention performance across Asian markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive LTV, Redeposit, and Retention KPIs.
  • Develop and execute the overall retention strategy.
  • Design bonus systems and ensure their profitability.
  • Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and player engagement initiatives.
  • Manage VIP retention strategy and high-value player segments.
  • Identify and eliminate bonus abuse and low-value user behavior.
  • Collaborate with Affiliate teams to evaluate traffic quality through LTV performance.
  • Build scalable retention processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage and mentor retention specialists if applicable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming.
  • Proven track record of improving LTV, Redeposit, and retention metrics.
  • Deep understanding of bonus economics and player lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools.
  • Experience working with VIP segments.
  • Ability to take full ownership of business results.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate+ or higher.
