About us

We are an international B2C iGaming company operating since 2020. We are looking for a Middle Retention Manager who will be responsible for improving player retention, increasing redeposits, and maximizing customer value across Asian markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage retention strategy for assigned player segments.
  • Develop and optimize CRM campaigns, automations, and bonus mechanics.
  • Monitor LTV, Redeposit, Churn, and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze player behavior and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Affiliate and VIP teams to improve traffic quality and retention performance.
  • Conduct A/B tests and optimize player journeys.
  • Build reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of LTV, ARPU, Redeposit, and Churn metrics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and automated communication flows.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
