About us
We are an international B2C iGaming company operating since 2020. We are looking for a Middle Retention Manager who will be responsible for improving player retention, increasing redeposits, and maximizing customer value across Asian markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage retention strategy for assigned player segments.
- Develop and optimize CRM campaigns, automations, and bonus mechanics.
- Monitor LTV, Redeposit, Churn, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze player behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Affiliate and VIP teams to improve traffic quality and retention performance.
- Conduct A/B tests and optimize player journeys.
- Build reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming.
- Strong understanding of LTV, ARPU, Redeposit, and Churn metrics.
- Experience with CRM platforms and automated communication flows.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
