Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Experience in finance from 3 years;
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets at a professional level (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial analytics);
• Practical experience with bank payments and cryptocurrency transactions;
• Understanding the principles of financial accounting, budgeting and management reporting;
• Experience in controlling mutual settlements with counterparties and contractors;
• High level of attention to detail, responsibility and self-organization;
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with large volumes of data
   

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining mutual settlements with partners, approving payments;
• Submitting applications for payment, making payments and controlling debits from cards;
• Timely reflection of financial transactions in internal accounting systems;
• Monitoring the availability of the necessary balances on accounts and cards, ensuring timely replenishment;
• Collection, verification and storage of financial reporting documents confirming the intended use of funds, submission of information to the financial department of the parent company;
• Maintaining the balance of mutual settlements with the parent company, conducting weekly reconciliation;
• Accounting for accountable funds, advertising payments, service payments and marketing costs;
• Maintaining accounting for fixed assets;
• Generating reports upon request;
• Participation in the implementation and improvement of the company's financial processes.
