An international Forex/CFD company is seeking a strong Growth Manager/CMO to develop and scale its Spanish-LATAM division.
 

Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of a growth marketing strategy for LATAM
• Lead generation and customer acquisition
• Launch and scaling of media buying campaigns
• Building a performance marketing funnel
• Working with influencer marketing
• Developing a social media strategy
• Analyzing traffic, conversion, and advertising campaign effectiveness
• Collaborating with creative and content teams
• Testing new acquisition channels
• Competitor and market analysis
• Collaborating with sales, retention, and product teams
 

Requirements:
• Experience in Forex/CFD/Trading/Fintech
• Strong experience in growth marketing and performance acquisition
• Experience working with LATAM markets
• Deep understanding of media buying and lead generation
• Experience with influencer traffic
• Analytical and data-driven approach
• English is a must
• Spanish is a big plus/
