Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python, Angular, AI)

The engineering team works with a modern technology stack, follows high software quality standards, and encourages ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the product continues to scale, the company is looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join its engineering team.
 

Role Overview

This is a product-oriented full-stack role with an approximate split of 70% backend (Python/Django/AI) and 30% frontend (Angular). 

The primary focus is hands-on development, while a portion of the role involves working closely with product and design teams to contribute to product strategy, UI/UX, and roadmap decisions. 

Requirements:

• Software development experience.
• 6+ years of strong Python development experience.
• Proven expertise with Django and Celery.
• 1+ years of solid Angular 19 frontend development experience.
• AI/ML knowledge and practical implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience using modern AI-powered development tools to increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents.
• Design and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and Celery.
• Build modern frontend applications using Angular 19 and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate machine learning models into production environments.
• Drive product decisions and contribute to product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
• Combine technical leadership with product ownership to ensure successful product delivery.
