Lead Generation + Sales Support Manager

Hey, I'm Polina and we are JettSEO - a global SEO company helping businesses grow their visibility on Google and generate stable results through effective SEO strategies.

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Support Manager to join our team.
 

This is not a classic “send hundreds of messages every day” lead generation role. Most of our outreach processes are already automated, and we are looking for a person who can take ownership of the system: analyze performance, improve processes, communicate with leads, and help move potential clients toward the first call.

We need someone who already has practical experience with lead generation and understands how to find, qualify, and communicate with potential clients.
 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Control and optimize existing lead generation channels
• Analyze lead quality and campaign performance
• Identify problems in the process and suggest improvements
• Communicate with new leads and guide them through the first steps
• Qualify potential clients and understand their needs
• Support the sales process by preparing warm and relevant leads
• Work with data, reports, and CRM systems
   

It will be a great match if you:

• Have proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or business development
• Understand how to work with LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar platforms
• Have experience with pre-sales communication and lead qualification
• Have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data
• Are structured, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Are proactive and not afraid to take responsibility
• Can work with routine tasks and still maintain high quality (because even automated processes need someone who controls and improves them)
• Have good English communication skills

• LinkedIn outreach
• Upwork
• Gigradar or similar lead generation tools
• CRM systems
