Lead Generation Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Automation Specialist to join our team and help scale our outbound lead generation processes.

 

This role is focused on outreach automation, AI-driven workflows, and continuous optimization of lead generation activities across LinkedIn and email channels.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain prospect databases
  • Manage LinkedIn accounts and monitor account health
  • Launch, manage, and optimize multichannel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
  • Conduct A/B testing and improve campaign performance
  • Use AI tools to increase efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve lead generation processes
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM
  • Research and implement new tools, workflows, and automation approaches

 

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Outreach, or a similar role
  • Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, Expandi, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of outreach automation and campaign optimization
  • Active use of AI tools in daily work
  • Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM
  • Good written English

 

Nice to have

  • Experience managing multiple LinkedIn accounts simultaneously
  • Understanding of email deliverability principles
  • Understanding of domain warm-up and email infrastructure
  • Experience in outsourcing or agency environments
