Video Editor

Join Redwerk as a Video Editor and help us elevate our content production! 

You'll work closely with our creative and marketing team to produce engaging video content for the company's digital channels and our CEO's personal travel vlog. 

We aim for high-quality, Western-standard visuals across both the IT and travel industries.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in at least one major editing tool - Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects and motion design
• Solid understanding of color correction (LOG/LUT, exposure)
• Sound editing basics: noise reduction and EQ
• Knowledge of platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, FPS, duration)
• Basic familiarity with AI-assisted tools is a plus
• Conversational English is a plus (for working with video references)

Responsibilities:

• Editing video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Editing interviews, travel-style videos, and the CEO's personal vlog
• Creating titles, motion graphics, infographics, and on-screen elements
• Preparing final versions optimized for each platform's requirements
• Collaborating with marketing to enhance visual style and consistency
• Suggesting improvements to rhythm, structure, transitions, and typography

Portfolio Requirements:

• Diverse video formats - vlogs, interviews, social media content
• Examples of infographics and motion design elements
