Affiliate Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing in product, with proven experience scaling affiliates
• Exception: a current large partner volume that is of interest to the company.
• Deep understanding of key metrics (FD/RD/R2D/LTV/Churn)
• Deep knowledge of Tableau analytical tools, affiliate platforms, and predictive modeling (optional)
• Experience independently presenting affiliate programs at conferences; understanding of regulatory requirements in key GEOs
• Personal successful cases in which the candidate played a key role
• Own Tier 2-3 affiliate base
• English B1-B2

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing key and highly profitable partners
• Attracting strong partners and strategic traffic sources
• Complex negotiations and customized partnership terms
• In-depth traffic performance analysis and scaling profitable partnerships
• Advanced work with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models
• Expert anti-fraud control and non-standard traffic management
• Launching and developing new GEOs and acquisition channels
• Working with large media buying teams and complex cases
• Support for middle/junior managers on complex issues, upon request from the Team Lead
• High iGaming expertise and consistent KPI achievement under stressful conditions
