Your Project: Taimi

Taimi is an inclusive LGBTQ+ dating app carefully designed to explore users' diverse romantic and sexual preferences. It ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, with partnerships with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more.

Taimi today: 31M users , 1.5M MAU, 84M+ matches annually.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Designer to join our Performance Marketing team. You will create static and motion creatives for paid acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other advertising platforms. Together with marketers and designers, you will participate in brainstorming sessions, test new visual ideas, and help scale creative production.

You Will

• Create static and motion ad creatives for paid acquisition campaigns.
• Adapt and improve existing concepts based on performance data and feedback.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative testing.
• Work closely with marketers and creative team members.
• Support high-volume creative production workflows.

We'll Have a Match If You

• Have basic experience with Figma and After Effects.
• Have an understanding of social media visual trends.
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work with feedback.
• Have strong motivation to grow in performance marketing design.

Will Be an Advantage

• Experience with TikTok-style creatives.
• Experience creating UGC-style ads.
• Experience generating AI photo and video content for marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in creative production.
