Tech Support Engineer

Probation period: 1 month, paid.

Performance review after 1 year.

24 calendar days of paid vacation.

 

Working hours: 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

Technical education.

Strong communication skills.

Stress resistance.

Ability to independently solve assigned technical tasks.

Willingness to learn and improve.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Maintenance of PCs and peripheral equipment:

Setup and support of printers, scanners, plotters, and data collection terminals.

Inventory management of IT equipment.

Network management and configuration: DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and support of internet connection channels.

Management of ESET antivirus protection.

Installation and configuration of Windows 10โ€“11 operating systems.

Support of users and 1C developers.

Work documentation.

 

Support of security equipment:

Installation of network sockets and uplinks, network configuration, camera network monitoring, and traffic control.
