International Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured International Accountant who will take ownership of coordinating accounting support for a group of international companies and act as a key link between local accountants, corporate providers, and the internal team.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as an accountant, financial specialist, or international reporting specialist.
• Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, taxation, or related fields.
• Experience supporting international companies (experience in IT, marketing, or service-based businesses is a plus).
• Ability to independently find, analyze, and clarify accounting and tax-related information.
• Experience working with external accountants, auditors, and corporate service providers.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a high level of responsibility.
• Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and systematize primary documentation across the group of companies.
• Verify the correctness of accounting documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure supporting documents are available for all payments.
• Maintain spreadsheets and calendars for reporting deadlines and other company obligations.
• Communicate with local accountants and ensure timely preparation and submission of reports.
• Coordinate accounting and tax matters across different jurisdictions.
• Participate in improving internal processes and document workflows.
