Middle/Senior Affiliate manager
Spades Partners is an iGaming holding that combines its own product and affiliate marketing teams. We operate across Tier 1 markets and continue to expand our global presence.
Over the last 8 months, we've built a lot from the ground up. We've launched new processes, tested ideas, learned from mistakes, hired great people, and continued moving forward at a fast pace.
Today, we're scaling aggressively. Not long ago, we were testing our first conference booth with just 8 m². This year, we're preparing a 70+ m² stand, building partnerships with some of the industry's top players, and launching ambitious projects across multiple markets.
We're looking for a Middle / Senior Affiliate Manager who wants to grow together with us and make a direct impact on the business.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing partnerships across Tier 1 markets
- Developing relationships with SEO, PPC and In-App affiliates
- Negotiating commercial terms and partnership agreements
- Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners
- Monitoring traffic quality, performance, and profitability
- Working closely with Product, CRM, SEO and PPC teams to maximize results
- Attending industry conferences and representing the company at networking events
- Building long-term strategic partnerships that drive business growth
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 markets
- Strong background working with SEO, PPC and In-App traffic sources
- Experience managing international affiliate partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience attending industry conferences and developing partnerships
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in Europe
