Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to become the operational backbone of our Product team, helping maintain transparency across processes, tasks, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and is interested in growing into Product Management.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Product team.
• Coordinate access management, workspaces, and communication channels.
• Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and key agreements.
• Maintain internal documentation, knowledge bases, and process guidelines.
• Support Product Managers in managing and maintaining the product backlog.
• Create, update, and track tasks in Jira or similar project management tools.
• Monitor task progress, timelines, dependencies, and blockers.
• Coordinate collaboration between Product, Tech, Platform, Account Management, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates and ensure visibility across ongoing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Project Manager, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Coordinator, Business Analyst, or in a similar coordination-focused role.
• Understanding of task management and delivery processes within product or technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or similar task-tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure information, maintain documentation, and keep processes running smoothly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and switch between contexts efficiently.
• Interest in developing a career in Product Management.
• English proficiency sufficient for written communication, documentation, and day-to-day collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of B2C products, platform-based solutions, integrations, gaming providers, or Account Management processes.
