Sports Manager

We are looking for a Sports Manager to join our team and drive sportsbook engagement through promotions, content management, and sports betting analysis. You will be responsible for maintaining the sports promotions calendar, monitoring betting activity, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance the player experience.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manage and maintain the sportsbook promotions calendar.
• Ensure daily updates of sportsbook content, including top matches, banners, bonuses, and promotional offers.
• Monitor player betting activity and identify key trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Retention, Customer Support, and Anti-Fraud teams.
• Analyze competitors’ activities and monitor market developments.
• Research regional sports betting trends and player preferences.
• Conduct sports analysis and identify betting opportunities to support promotional activities.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sports Promo Manager, Sports Trader, Sports Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Candidates without direct industry experience may also be considered if they have a strong understanding of sportsbook operations and sports betting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to assess risks quickly and make informed decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High level of responsibility and accountability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine interest in sports and sports betting.
