About the Company and Product:
The company operates in the iGaming industry and has been successfully developing its business for over 6 years. With a team of more than 800 employees and headquarters in Cyprus, the company develops and maintains its own high-load online casino and betting platform focused on the Indian market. The product is fully developed in-house, with no involvement in external client projects
Requirements:

3+ years of recruitment experience;
โ
General understanding of technologies used in the IT industry;
โ
Experience recruiting specialists in the gambling niche (Retention, Design, Affiliate, Media Buyers, etc.);
โ
Knowledge of X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, job boards, LinkedIn Search, GitHub, and Stack Overflow;
โ
Intermediate English level or higher;
โ
Experience sourcing candidates in the CIS market will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
โ
Sourcing candidate contacts through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Telegram communities, and other channels;
โ
Searching for candidates for non-IT positions (Designers, Retention Specialists, Affiliate Managers, Media Buyers, etc.);
โ
Working with various recruitment tools and platforms;
โ
Conducting pre-screening interviews;
โ
Communicating with hiring managers.
