Senior Solution Architect

For our customer in the e-mobility sector, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture & solution designs based on business requirements: Translate requirements into use cases, overarching data models, and system interfaces.

• Develop sustainable software solution architectures that balance performance, security, maintainability, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

• Define cloud infrastructure requirements in cooperation with DevOps, ensuring alignment with modern cloud-native best practices.

• Provide technical leadership to development teams: architectural guidance, architecture reviews, and decision facilitation.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Provide architecture governance: ensure adherence to guidelines, compliance, and security standards.

• Coordinate architecture projects within the system landscape.

• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Cooperate with Sales for customer-specific solution and migration concepts, on demand.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Solution/Enterprise/Software Architect in distributed and cloud-native microservice landscapes, ideally AWS and Kubernetes.

• Proven track record in designing secure architectural solutions, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance with industry security standards.

• Proven Java Enterprise / Spring development experience.

• Relevant architecture certifications in the field of architecture are a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset; understands complex technical interdependencies (including hardware–software communication).

• Comfortable in agile, ideally scaled agile (SAFe) environments.

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
