AI Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI Specialist to support and scale AI workloads within our cloud-native infrastructure and contribute to the development of De Novo AI STUDIO. This role combines hands-on infrastructure work, performance optimization and in-house AI-platform development.

This position offers significant growth potential for professionals who want to deepen their expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud technologies and product development while making a direct impact on the evolution of our AI ecosystem of Ukraine.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Model lifecycle management: 

• maintain and scale deployment of inference environments on production-grade infrastructure;
• implement quantization strategies;
• optimize and manage inference engines and frameworks for high-performance deployment;
• engineer performance optimization, including minimizing latency, maximizing throughput on specific vGPU backends.

De Novo AI STUDIO:

• technical platform evangelism;
• prioritize self-hosting and data privacy;
• translate 'GPU-hours' and 'token latency' into business ROI for non-technical stakeholders;
• prototype, build and demonstrate proof-of-concept AI agents in AI STUDIO;
• contribute to the core components and internal tooling development of AI STUDIO;
• agentic frameworks: build autonomous agents and RAG pipelines;
• incident support.

AI workloads in cloud native infrastructure:

• virtualization administration: manage multi-vDC cloud native environments with resource allocation;
• configure and troubleshoot complex multi-tenant cloud networking and edge gateway connectivity;
• configure multi-instance resources for multi-tenant efficiency.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Systems and automation:

• advanced Linux and scripting;
• infrastructure as code;
• containerization and orchestration.

Network:

• Software-defined networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the NVIDIA ecosystem;
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Soft skills and communication:

• Professional English proficiency, particularly in written communication and technical documentation (B2/С1);
• consultative approach.
