AI-first Technical Product Owner / Product Manager

We’re looking for an AI-first Technical Product Owner / Product Manager for a real estate product built with a modern, AI-assisted development approach.

This role is a good fit for someone who combines product thinking with enough technical depth to move fast: defining features, validating ideas, and turning concepts into clear deliverables. You should be comfortable actively using Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and AI agents—not only for writing, but for POCs, reports, prototypes, research, and day-to-day product work.

Requirements

– 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT / software products
– Experience working with development teams in an agile environment (backlog, user stories, priorities, releases)
– Strong written communication in English: B2+/C1
– Ability to write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, specs, and product documentation
– Basic technical understanding: web applications, APIs, SaaS products, software development lifecycle
– Experience preparing product reports, status updates, and stakeholder summaries
– AI familiarity is a must: Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude Code, AI agents, and similar tools
– Ability to use AI for feature discovery, specs, research, competitor analysis, reports, POC descriptions, and prototype planning
– Comfort validating ideas quickly—through structured specs, lightweight prototypes, or AI-assisted proof-of-concepts before full implementation
– Self-organization, attention to detail, and ownership of outcomes
– Readiness to learn the real estate domain and product context quickly

Responsibilities

– Own and refine the product backlog: features, priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria
– Translate business goals and user needs into clear tasks for the development team
– Prepare POCs, feature concepts, reports, and prototype definitions using AI-assisted workflows
– Use AI tools daily for research, documentation, analysis, summaries, and faster iteration on product ideas
– Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and stakeholders on planning, demos, and delivery
– Write and maintain product documentation: specs, flows, release notes, and decision records
– Support release planning, sprint goals, and follow-up on delivered features
– Help improve product processes, SOPs, and AI-first ways of working on the project
– Monitor product progress, risks, and blockers; communicate status clearly to the team

Will Be a Plus

– Experience in real estate, PropTech, CRM, or marketplace products
– Technical background: former developer, QA, or systems analyst
– Experience with tools like Linear, Jira, Notion, Figma, or Miro
– Ability to read basic code or API docs and discuss technical trade-offs with developers
– Experience defining AI-powered product features or working on AI-first products
– Experience with data-heavy products, integrations, or admin panels
– Completed courses in product management, business analysis, or AI
