Team Lead Designer (iGaming)

An international team in the Gambling and Financial verticals is looking for a Team Lead Designer to help strengthen and systematize the design department.

The team already has active designers and media buying processes. We are currently looking for a strong Design Team Lead who can take ownership of the team coordination, quality control and workflow development within the department.

What will be the tasks:
 

• coordination and management of the design team;
  control of deadlines and quality of task performance;
  load distribution between designers;
• interaction with the media buying team;
• improvement and systematization of internal processes;
  control of workflow and task management;

• participation in the development of the design department;
  operational connectivity during periods of high workload.

   

We expect:
 

• experience as a Team Lead / Design Lead / Senior Designer;
  experience managing a team of designers;
• understanding of the affiliate / gambling / media buying sector;
• experience working with performance creatives;
• strong organizational skills;
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• independence and responsibility;

• ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to changes.

   

It will be a plus:
 

• experience in iGaming / affiliate marketing;
• technical English;
• understanding of the specifics of performance marketing.
