- Work with international infrastructure: an opportunity to manage payment processes for a large product IT business and coordinate bank accounts across foreign jurisdictions.
- Transformational experience: a position in a new team where you set up treasury processes and participate in researching new financial solutions.
- Full ownership: freedom in decision-making without micromanagement and rigid bureaucracy, where the final result depends entirely on your autonomy.
- Dynamic pace: a culture where decisions are made quickly, and your ideas regarding automation and cost optimization are promptly implemented.
We offer:
- Your choice of work format: fully remote from anywhere in the free world, as well as access to one of our offices if desired (Kyiv, Warsaw).
- Conditions that allow you to focus on performance: competitive compensation matching your skills and experience. We also provide necessary hardware regardless of your work format and location.
- Career growth through action: 80%+ of all leads at Kiss My Apps were switchers just 2–3 years ago. Your impact here is not defined by years on a resume—it is defined by how fast you learn, take responsibility, and drive ownership of your career.
- Team activities: we offer online yoga classes twice a week.
- Growth and professional development: we host internal English speaking clubs with native speakers, as well as opportunities to present at internal and external events by Kiss My Apps. Additionally, you will have an annual budget covering up to 50% of professional conferences, educational events, and workshops.
