We are currently looking for a Spanish-speaking VIP Manager to join our team and drive player retention, engagement, and loyalty across LATAM markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players across LATAM markets.
  • Deliver a high level of personalized customer service and account management.
  • Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to improve retention, loyalty, and player value.
  • Proactively engage VIP players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Develop tailored offers, bonuses, and promotional activities based on player behavior and preferences.
  • Work closely with CRM, Retention, Payments, Support, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional player experience.
  • Handle escalations and resolve player issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor VIP performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Identify potential risks related to player satisfaction and proactively implement retention actions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions and activities.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, CRM, or Account Management within iGaming.
  • Fluent Spanish (C1-C2 level) and English at a conversational level or higher.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret player behavior and performance data.
  • Experience working with VIP players within online casino and/or sportsbook projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in LATAM markets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, retention tools, or customer management systems.
  • Understanding of responsible gaming principles.
