Data Analyst (Mid-Level)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring solutions.
• Write efficient and scalable SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control processes.
• Support the definition, tracking, and optimization of business metrics.
• Partner with data engineering and product teams to improve data availability and reporting capabilities.

• Develop and maintain documentation for metrics, reports, and analytical methodologies.

   

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at various levels.
