Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing team and drive partner acquisition and development across the Asian market.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Asian affiliate landscape, proven experience in iGaming or Betting, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners. Existing connections within the region will be considered a significant advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network, negotiating partnership agreements, increasing high-quality traffic volumes, and supporting the company's growth strategy within Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across Asian markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and optimize partnership performance.
• Scale traffic volumes while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor affiliate activity and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Analyze traffic performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize partner results.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and traffic sources within the region.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming or Betting industry.
• Strong understanding of Asian markets and traffic sources.
• Experience managing and developing affiliate partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Existing network of affiliate contacts in Asia will be a strong advantage.
