Senior Solution Architect

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing and guiding the development of scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into end-to-end architectural solutions, including system design, use cases, data models, and integration flows.
• Design and evolve scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native architectures.
• Define cloud infrastructure needs in close collaboration with DevOps and platform teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and contribute to key technical decision-making processes.
• Evaluate, select, and standardize technologies, frameworks, and tools across projects.
• Ensure alignment with internal architecture standards, security principles, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate architectural efforts across distributed and complex system landscapes.
• Communicate architectural concepts and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities by shaping solution proposals, migration strategies, and high-level system designs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Software Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Solid expertise in Kubernetes in production-grade environments.
• Proven background in designing distributed, cloud-native microservice architectures.
• Strong experience with Java Enterprise and Spring ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of secure system design (IAM, encryption, compliance, security best practices).
• Experience with architecture governance, standards, and technology selection processes.
• Strong understanding of software and infrastructure interdependencies.
• Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• German language skills are a plus.
• Architecture certifications (AWS, TOGAF, etc.) are considered an advantage.
