Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Assistant to help manage customer enquiries, bookings, quotes, follow-ups, and day-to-day support.
This role is a mix of customer service, sales support, booking coordination, and admin. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat, making sure every customer receives a fast, clear, and professional response.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Provide information about services, prices, availability, and the cleaning process.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate booking details with the cleaning team.
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling requests, and customer account updates.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers.
- Support customers in choosing the right service, including regular window cleaning.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback when required.
- Help resolve small customer issues and escalate complex complaints when needed.
- Support billing queries, invoices, and payment follow-ups when necessary.
- Assist the sales team with customer queries and lead follow-ups.
Requirements
- Advanced English, written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Confident working with customers by phone and message.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Experience using CRM systems, email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at the same time.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic sales skills and confidence following up with leads.
Preferred Experience
- B2C customer support or sales experience.
- Experience in home services, cleaning, logistics, or field operations.
- Experience preparing quotes, managing bookings, or working with CRM tools.
