ASBIS is an international IT & consumer electronics distributor operating across EMEA markets. We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Leader to drive the growth of the Gaming category across the region.

This role is focused on scaling sales performance, developing partnerships with retail and distribution channels, managing vendor relationships, and leading commercial strategy for globally recognized gaming brands.

Brands include:
Razer, ASUS, MSI, Sony, Nintendo, Corsair, SteelSeries, HyperX, Alienware and others.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Drive Gaming category sales performance across EMEA
โ€ข Develop and execute commercial strategy, pricing, promotions and go-to-market initiatives
โ€ข Manage PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) and optimize stock efficiency
โ€ข Build and strengthen retail & distribution partnerships
โ€ข Manage relationships with international gaming and consumer tech vendors
โ€ข Identify new growth opportunities across markets and product categories
โ€ข Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and category performance
โ€ข Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and supply teams

Requirements

โ€ข 6+ years of experience in Gaming, Consumer Electronics or Peripheral sales
โ€ข 4+ years in commercial leadership, category management or business development roles
โ€ข Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem and consumer trends
โ€ข Hands-on experience with PSI management, pricing and assortment planning
โ€ข Experience working with retail and/or distribution partners
โ€ข Strong analytical and commercial mindset
โ€ข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
โ€ข Fluent English
โ€ข Experience in racing/sim-racing categories is a plus
