ASBIS is an international IT & consumer electronics distributor operating across EMEA markets. We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Leader to drive the growth of the Gaming category across the region.
This role is focused on scaling sales performance, developing partnerships with retail and distribution channels, managing vendor relationships, and leading commercial strategy for globally recognized gaming brands.
Brands include:
Razer, ASUS, MSI, Sony, Nintendo, Corsair, SteelSeries, HyperX, Alienware and others.
Responsibilities
โข Drive Gaming category sales performance across EMEA
โข Develop and execute commercial strategy, pricing, promotions and go-to-market initiatives
โข Manage PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) and optimize stock efficiency
โข Build and strengthen retail & distribution partnerships
โข Manage relationships with international gaming and consumer tech vendors
โข Identify new growth opportunities across markets and product categories
โข Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and category performance
โข Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and supply teams
Requirements
โข 6+ years of experience in Gaming, Consumer Electronics or Peripheral sales
โข 4+ years in commercial leadership, category management or business development roles
โข Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem and consumer trends
โข Hands-on experience with PSI management, pricing and assortment planning
โข Experience working with retail and/or distribution partners
โข Strong analytical and commercial mindset
โข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
โข Fluent English
โข Experience in racing/sim-racing categories is a plus
