Residential Floor Plan Consultant

REAL New York is seeking someone with direct experience optimizing residential apartment layouts for new development projects.

We are specifically looking for expertise in

• Apartment floor plan optimization
• Unit layout efficiency and livability
• Unit mix strategy
• Residential space planning
• Improving layouts for leasing velocity, pricing, and market demand

This role involves reviewing and refining apartment layouts during the pre-construction phase to help developers and landlords create more rentable and sellable units.

Experience with multifamily, condo, rental, or conversion projects is strongly preferred.
