This role involves reviewing and refining apartment layouts during the pre-construction phase to help developers and landlords create more rentable and sellable units.

Experience with multifamily, condo, rental, or conversion projects is strongly preferred.

The Marketing Manager oversees day-to-day marketing operations, including social media, agent marketing tools, website updates, and internal systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the brokerage.

The Creative Director role involves leading our creative team, overseeing branding, social media, marketing campaigns, new development launches, and implementing AI-driven marketing systems across the company.
