RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 
We are looking for an Executive Talent Sourcer  to join our team.

 Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher or similar role;
- Experience with C-level vacancies
- Experience with non-tech vacancies;
- Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and recruitment process;
- Understanding of job market trends;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment & big team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously;
- Attention to details, communication and time-management skills;
- Result orientation and desire to learn;
- Spoken Ukrainian or Russian, B1+ level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in entertainment, fintech, regtech etc. industries

 

Responsibilities:

- Searching for passive candidates using various sources, including LinkedIn, Google search, ATS, HeadHunter and other tools

- Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards

- Contacting potential candidates through different channels

- Maintaining of talent database review applicants from corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool applicants, keeping information up to date

- Development of a sourcing strategy for finding Executive candidates

- Creating talent pipelines for future needs

- Work with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS)
- Cooperate with Recruiters to build a correct sourcing strategy for finding Executive candidates

- Scheduling initial interviews with external candidates for recruiters

- Development of professional networks, promotion of the company’s brand, and analysis of market information

- Participation in other projects that affect hiring efficiency
- Keeping track of sourcing metrics and reporting on progress

- Ensure accurate filling of Jira, ATS and recruitment dashboard documents.

- Monitor that job openings timely transition through necessary status stages
