Live Stream Moderator (Partners Project)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Stream Moderator to support live broadcasts by managing chat activity, assisting with technical setup, and helping create a smooth experience for both streamers and viewers.

You will operate streaming software (OBS), moderate live chat, filter spam and audience messages, and provide technical support to the streamer during live broadcasts.

This is a fully remote position. A consistent and predictable schedule is required — occasional or irregular availability is not sufficient.

TARGET CANDIDATE

- Age 18–30, any gender.

- Technical background preferred.

HARD REQUIREMENTS

- Age: 18–30

- Modern PC or laptop

- CPU: Intel i3 10th gen+ or AMD Ryzen 3000+

- GPU: GTX 1060 6GB+ or AMD 2019 equivalent or higher

- Internet: minimum 100 Mbps, stable connection

- English level: B2 or higher

- Availability: ~30 hours per week

SCHEDULE

Approximately 30 hours per week.

Candidates must be able to commit to fixed, regular shifts aligned with their assigned streamer’s broadcast schedule.

PAYMENT

$1,000 – $3,000+ per month, depends on stream volume, hours &

performance
