Role Description

Join our team as a Live Streamer and build engaging live content for a global audience across international streaming platforms.

Work in the format of live broadcasts on international platforms. Content may include audience interaction, dancing, gaming, travel, and lifestyle topics. The content strategy is developed by the production team / TikTok House. The streamer’s responsibility is to go live regularly, follow guidelines, and actively engage with the audience.

Candidate Requirements

- Female, 18–27 years old

- iPhone 11+ or Android 2023+ with a front-facing camera (or PC/laptop with a 1080p+ webcam)

- Stable internet connection: at least 50 Mbps upload (100 Mbps preferred)

- Ability to work from a private space (no third parties visible on camera)

- Good lighting (natural light is sufficient)

- Presentable appearance (assessed via photos)

Schedule

Around 30 hours per week. Flexible but consistent — considered full-time employment rather than a side job.

Income

$1,000 – $3,000+ per month

Depends on audience activity, donations, and number of hours streamed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Stream Moderator to support live broadcasts by managing chat activity, assisting with technical setup, and helping create a smooth experience for both streamers and viewers.

You will operate streaming software (OBS), moderate live chat, filter spam and audience messages, and provide technical support to the streamer during live broadcasts.

This is a fully remote position. A consistent and predictable schedule is required — occasional or irregular availability is not sufficient.

TARGET CANDIDATE

- Age 18–30, any gender.

- Technical background preferred.

HARD REQUIREMENTS

- Age: 18–30

- Modern PC or laptop

- CPU: Intel i3 10th gen+ or AMD Ryzen 3000+

- GPU: GTX 1060 6GB+ or AMD 2019 equivalent or higher

- Internet: minimum 100 Mbps, stable connection

- English level: B2 or higher

- Availability: ~30 hours per week

SCHEDULE

Approximately 30 hours per week.

Candidates must be able to commit to fixed, regular shifts aligned with their assigned streamer’s broadcast schedule.
