B2B Growth Marketing Specialist
We are a software development agency that builds custom web applications using Next.js, React, Supabase, Node.js and TypeScript. We also help clients build applications with Bubble.io when it’s the right fit.
We primarily work with businesses and startups in the Europe. We are a small team of 9, working fully remote across Europe (Austria, UK, Poland and Ukraine)
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to help us generate more qualified discovery calls.
This is a results-oriented role. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified sales calls through lead generation, content creation, and continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.
This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on experience and fit.
What you’ll do
Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Help shape and improve our marketing plan
- Identify new lead generation opportunities and channels
- Track results and improve marketing performance
Support SEO, Google Ads and other growth initiatives
Lead Generation
- Build lead lists and research target companies
- Plan and execute warm and cold outreach campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
Generate qualified discovery calls
Content Generation
- Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn and other channels
- Turn client projects into case studies, articles and marketing assets
Manage our content calendar
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience helping grow a software development agency or IT services company, ideally with measurable results
- Strong experience with B2B lead generation and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience creating content such as LinkedIn posts, case studies, articles or blog posts
- Familiarity with SEO and/or Google Ads
- Excellent communication in English
- Highly organized, proactive and outcome-focused
Comfortable using AI tools
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to companies in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands or Belgium
German and/or Dutch language skills
