We are building agentic sales automation for the post-CRM era. Our AI-native product combines structured and unstructured data, LLM-powered workflows, and agentic automation to help sales teams prioritize effectively, work more efficiently, and automate repetitive sales processes.
The product is already being tested by early customers. We are growing the core product team and looking for people who want to shape a new product category and have a direct impact on the user experience, product logic, and speed of delivery.
About the role
We are looking for a UX Product Owner with strong experience designing complex B2B SaaS products and end-to-end workflows.
This is a hands-on product design role focused on:
- AI-native user experiences
- Complex B2B workflows
- Information architecture and interaction design
- Rapid prototyping and product validation
You will work closely with founders, product managers, AI specialists, and engineers to turn complex sales processes and AI capabilities into intuitive, practical, and user-friendly experiences.
We are looking for someone who can take an ambiguous product problem, understand the underlying user and business needs, propose a clear solution, and move it from an early concept to production.
What you will do
- Design end-to-end user journeys and workflows for an AI-native B2B SaaS product
- Translate complex business processes, data, and AI behavior into clear and intuitive product experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs in Figma
- Design conversational, agentic, and AI-assisted interactions that help users understand, control, and trust AI-generated outcomes
- Work closely with product managers and engineers from problem definition through implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and product discovery with early customers
- Validate design hypotheses and iterate based on user feedback, product data, and business priorities
- Contribute to the product’s information architecture, interaction patterns, and design system
- Drive user experience excellence across all products
- What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
- Strong experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise products
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product workflows
- Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, and design systems
- Ability to simplify complex systems, data, and business processes without losing important context
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross-functional teams
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly and support them with user needs, product logic, and evidence
- English: B2 or higher
- High ownership, independence, pragmatism, and product mindset
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-native, GenAI, Copilot, or conversational products
- Understanding of LLM behavior, agentic workflows, and human–AI interaction patterns
- Experience with CRM, sales automation, revenue intelligence, or other data-heavy products
- Experience designing analytics, dashboards, workflow builders, or complex configuration interfaces
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or building a product from an early stage
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Experience using product analytics and behavioral data to improve UX
